Refunds are granted within a 7 day period from the date of shipment of the purchase excluding a refund on the origional shipping fees on returned items under the conditions that the garment is returned in its original form: unworn, damaged or altered.

There are no refunds nor exchanges made after a 30 day period.
Please note that the customer is fully responsible for any lost merchandise through the returned shipment. Shipping fees are applied to the customer for the newly Exchanged Items.
Exchanges & Returns are only accepted directly through contacting me directly. This Exchange Policy applies only to my Shop On Line. Items will not be accepted as an Exchange at any of the retail stores you may find my collections for sale.
